The TV Ministry is one of the tools that God has given to me to change this world with His message. The burden to make this ministry stronger gets heavier and heavier in my heart with every passing moment. That is why I need covenant partners who wish to radically take up the great commission of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ and make it a reality.

My covenant to you is that I will be faithful in preaching the message of God without compromise, and with all sincerity and truth. Towards the end of 2005 the LORD spoke to his servant Dr. Wilfred Lai to start a campaign to win ظ┬ق╛╝ a billion souls in the next five years.
Realizing how immense this task was going to be, the man of God immediately decided to raise an army of ظ┬ق╛╝ a million (500,000) prayer warriors for this project within the first one year. The purpose of this army would be stand with the man of God to intercede for the ظ┬ق╛╝ billion souls in 5 years.

Jesus Celebration Centre is building a 30,000 -seat sanctuary in Mombasa. And the vision is becoming reality! As the steel structure is being constructed, the sanctuary is taking shape. Soon the dome will be raised skyward and the communications tower will be set on the roof. This all, because of the great burden of harvesting the souls into the kingdom of God!
